The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking qualified small‑business contractors to provide full‑time park attendant services at four recreation areas (Berry Bend, Bucksaw, Long Shoal, and Osage Bluff) on the Harry S. Truman Lake project in Warsaw, Missouri. Each park will be awarded a separate contract covering a base year (April 1 2027 – March 31 2028) with two optional one‑year extensions. The contractor must staff a fee booth, manage permits, conduct daily tours, maintain the campsite and facilities, handle cash/credit‑card transactions, and comply with USACE safety, security, and environmental regulations. The award will be a 100 % small‑business set‑aside (NAICS 721122) and requires registration in SAM.
