Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Palm Beach County Ocean Ridge Endangered Sea Turtle Nesting Surveys and Monitoring

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District is issuing a Notice of Intent to Sole Source a contract for endangered sea turtle nesting surveys and monitoring in Palm Beach County, Florida. The contract will be awarded to DB Ecological Services Inc, as they are determined to be the only responsible source. The project involves nourishing approximately 2 miles of shoreline and requires during and post-construction surveys and monitoring for nesting Threatened and Endangered (T&E) Sea Turtle species.
