CMAR Services for the Casa Grande Aquatics Complex

The City of Casa Grande is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the City of Casa Grande Aquatics Complex project. The CMAR will be responsible for working with the design team, providing pre-construction services, and executing construction of the project. The proposed facility will feature a heated, recreational, competitive swimming pool, and other recreational amenities. The selection process will be based on the evaluation of statements of qualifications and performance data submitted. • The CMAR will provide pre-construction services, including developing a guaranteed maximum price contract and identifying long-lead items. • The CMAR will be responsible for construction means and methods, and may self-perform work or solicit bids from qualified subcontractors. • The CMAR will provide project management services, including maintaining a safe work site and coordinating with various City departments. • The CMAR will be selected through a qualifications-based selection process, with a maximum of 1000 points awarded for the evaluation factors. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, and to waive any informality or irregularity in any response received.
