Description
The Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) is seeking an independent consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive Enterprise Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation Assessment. The consultant will evaluate administrative workflows, governance structures, and the current technology stack (including ERP, SIS, and various data platforms) to identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and a phased roadmap that incorporates Artificial Intelligence. Deliverables include a detailed current‑state analysis, prioritized multi‑year implementation plan, and stakeholder interview summaries. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals.
• Assess end‑to‑end administrative processes across all district departments.
• Review governance, decision‑making rights, and organizational roles.
• Evaluate existing ERP (Munis Tyler), SIS (PowerSchool), CRM (SalesForce), and other platforms.
