Description
Palm Beach County is seeking a consultant to provide 340B consulting services to assist with the development and implementation of a new 340B program. The consultant will be responsible for establishing contract pharmacy agreements, developing compliance processes, and preparing for audits. The ideal candidate will have experience with 340B consulting services and knowledge of the requirements for 340B compliance, Health Resource and Services Administration (HRSA) 340B audits, and manufacturer audits. The scope of work includes conducting a 340B opportunity analysis, developing policies and procedures, establishing a pharmacy model, implementing financial systems, and ensuring federal compliance. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with four optional 12-month renewal periods.
