2025-1143 Analysis of Merchant Service Fees

The Texas Tech University System is seeking proposals for the analysis of merchant service fees. Proposers are required to submit a complete proposal, including a Proposer Response Form, HUB Subcontracting Plan, and Signed Affirmation and Conflict of Interest Disclosure. The proposal must contain all the required components, and proposers are cautioned to read the information contained in the RFP carefully. The scope of work includes identifying subcontracting opportunities and providing a resume for each key personnel assigned to the resulting Contract. • The Proposer must include a completed HSP and any supporting documentation required per the HSP. • The Proposer must submit a completed HSP regardless of the Proposer’s HUB Vendor status, the intent to subcontract, or the intent to self-perform. • The Proposer must provide a resume for each key personnel assigned to the resulting Contract. • The Proposer must certify that all Responses are true, correct, and complete.
