Washington State’s Office of the State Treasurer is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive merchant‑bankcard acquiring and processing services for all state agencies, boards, commissions, and public colleges. The contract will cover in‑person, online, telephone, ACH, and mobile payment channels, requiring rapid two‑bank‑day settlement, extensive reporting, and full PCI‑DSS compliance. The award will be a fixed‑price three‑year base term (Sept 1 2027 – Aug 31 2030) with up to four optional one‑year extensions.
