• Provide in‑person, telephonic, and virtual court‑reporting services for BIIA judges across Washington State.
• Deliver verbatim, searchable PDF transcripts within 20 state‑working days for hearings and 10 for conferences (expedited options also available).
• Maintain required insurance coverage, WA UBI/WEBS registration, and meet strict performance metrics (≥ 95 % punctuality, confirmation, and insurance endorsements).
• Manage quarterly reporting, data‑security (FIPS‑approved encryption), and retain backup recordings for six months.
• Contract value estimated at $1.8 M, with a base term from July 1 2027 to June 30 2029 and optional extensions up to 48 months.
