Uniform Rental + Laundering Services

The County of Riverside is seeking proposals from competent parties qualified in providing Uniform Rental and Laundering Services. The desired attributes of the Uniform Rental & Laundering should conform to the specifications included in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The qualified firm will provide a proposal addressing in detail each question outlined in Section E of this RFP. • The County is looking for a single-award, multi-year agreement for Uniform Rental & Laundering of shirts/pants/coveralls. • The period of performance anticipated for an agreement resulting from this RFP is Date of Award through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional years in one year increments. • Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria determined to be appropriate by the County, which may include, but not necessarily limited to, responses to Attachment “A” TLARC-26-801 Bidder Proposal Response, bidder’s experience and ability, technical capability and project methodology, overall cost to the County, and references with demonstrated success with similar work to the Scope of Service.
