Description
The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide services for elastomeric coating on the CMR roof. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing all materials required by the contract. The contractor must complete the work within 120 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

• Providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required under the contract
• Completing the work within the specified timeframe
• Ensuring that all workmanship is of good quality and performed in a skillful manner
• Complying with all laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the performance of the work
• Maintaining discipline at the site and taking all reasonable precautions to prevent any unlawful, riotous, or disorderly conduct
• Providing an English-speaking supervisor on site at all times
