Description
The City of Alexandria is seeking vendors to supply a variety of Dresser‑Root rotary and diaphragm gas meters together with Itron 100 G Electronic Radio Transmitters (ERTs) for automated meter reading. The contract is a 12‑month “as‑needed” supply arrangement, with prices remaining firm for the full term. All rotary meters must include a specific AMR adapter kit, and vendors must provide manufacturer escalation letters and references of existing users. The procurement is for equipment only—no installation or construction services are required.
• Provide new‑manufacture gas meters (rotary and diaphragm) with AGA‑gray paint and flanged design, each equipped with AMR adapter kit Part 059599‑000.
• Supply Itron (or Sensus‑equivalent) 100 G ERT modules compatible with 900 MHz RF data‑collection networks.
• Deliver items FOB Destination, freight prepaid to the City’s Central Warehouse in Alexandria, LA; invoices paid within 30 days of receipt.
