Description
The City of Soperton is seeking a reputable consulting firm to provide grant writing and administration services for Federally Funded Projects related to community and economic development. The selected firm will be responsible for providing grant administration and related services, including preparation of grant applications, environmental review records, draw/disbursement requests, and close-out documents. The firm will also assist with financial administration, public hearings, and compliance with federal regulations.
Some key points to consider:
• The City of Soperton plans to contract with a consulting firm within a year from the date of this notice.
• The procurement may include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Redevelopment Fund Projects (RDF), Employment Incentive Program (EIP), Economic Development Administrations (EDA) Projects, and other federally funded projects.
• The selected firm will be reconsidered for future state and federally funded opportunities within the next 2-3 year period.
• All contracts are subject to Federal and State contract provisions prescribed by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and/or other federal agencies.
