The JXN Water Small Diameter Pipe Replacement Project involves the construction of new 6-inch diameter water pipelines, abandonment of existing water pipelines, installation of new gate valves, fire hydrants, and water service lines. The project requires mobilization, inventory of existing service line materials, traffic control, SWPPP, full street width mill and pavement replacement, and surface restorations. The contract time for the work is 220 calendar days, and the contract will be subject to liquidated damages of $1,500 per calendar day for each day in default after the stipulated completion date.
