Description
The Department of Water Resources is seeking a contractor to provide crane maintenance services, including repairs, replacement, refurbishment, installation, testing, and inspection of cranes and lifting/rigging equipment. The contractor will provide services at various State Water Project (SWP) facilities and locations throughout California. The contract is expected to be for a term of three years, with the option to renew for two additional years. The contractor must have personnel qualified and certified to perform the required services, and must have an established quality assurance/quality control program and safety program.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the services.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• The contractor will be required to provide progress reports and other documentation as requested by the Department.
• The contractor will be required to participate in a mandatory pre-bid conference.
• The contractor will be required to submit a bid that includes all required documents and information.
