Parks Tree Removal and Hauling Services RFP

The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and haul 25 trees across six city‑park and cemetery locations. The work includes complete tree removal, debris hauling, site clean‑up, and protection of surrounding public infrastructure. All labor, equipment (cranes, aerial lifts, loaders, rigging, etc.), traffic and pedestrian controls, and disposal are required; stump grinding is excluded unless approved. The contractor must demonstrate experience with high‑risk removals, maintain appropriate insurance, and coordinate closely with city staff to minimize public disruption. • Remove and haul 25 designated trees (various locations) • Provide all necessary heavy equipment, safety controls, and disposal services • Protect adjacent public property (sidewalks, utilities, playgrounds, etc.) and perform final site cleanup
