Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a student tracker system through a Quick Quote solicitation. The solicitation includes standard terms and conditions for Quick Quotes, including requirements for supplier participation, inquiries, and contract terms. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit responses electronically through the system. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications and to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness.
• The student tracker system is intended for use by the State of Alabama.
• Suppliers must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• Suppliers must accept multiple forms of electronic payment at no additional cost to the State.
