Description
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids to provide weekly cleaning services, annual window washing, and annual carpet cleaning for the Bemidji Wildlife Research Office. The contract will be for a period of 2 years, from July 1st, 2026, to June 30th, 2028. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the services. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all the requirements of the solicitation.
Some key responsibilities of the contractor include:
• Emptying waste containers and replacing liners
• Dusting building surfaces
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Sweeping and wet mopping floors
• Vacuuming carpeting
• Cleaning the lunch/conference room and lab room
• Annual carpet cleaning and window washing
The contractor will be required to submit a monthly billing invoice for the services performed.
