The City of Lemon Grove is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive pressure‑washing services for municipal bus shelters, sidewalks, and related public areas on a three‑year “as‑needed” basis, with possible one‑year extensions. The work includes high‑pressure water cleaning (3,500‑5,000 psi) of concrete and metal surfaces, removal of gum, stains, graffiti (up to 2 sq ft per service), cleaning of trash‑can bases, and required storm‑drain protection and water‑recycling measures. The contractor must maintain a local office in San Diego County, provide a 24/7 emergency phone line, and comply with California prevailing‑wage, insurance, EEO, and safety regulations. • High‑pressure steam/ water cleaning of bus shelters and sidewalks (weekly to bi‑annual frequencies per location). • Mandatory use of hot water only (no chemicals unless pre‑approved) and filtration of runoff (20‑mesh or finer). • Contractor must supply all labor, equipment, PPE, and maintain records for ≥ 10 years; must hold required licenses, bonds, and insurance.
