The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking a one‑time acquisition of ten (10) roll‑off fire‑suppression spray bodies, each with a 1000‑gallon capacity, built to State Specification BDYROFSPYTK33‑444‑261. The solicitation includes full engineering drawings, a complete bill‑of‑materials, and detailed manufacturing, hydraulic, electrical, and quality‑control requirements. Bidders must submit electronic bids on Caltrans’ bid form; only emailed bids will be accepted.
• Supply, fabricate, and deliver ten 1000‑gallon spray‑body units (and related 2500‑gallon variant documentation) per Caltrans specifications.
• Provide all mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and plumbing components listed in the BOM, including custom steel/aluminum structures, hydraulic pumps, valves, hoses, wiring harnesses, and safety accessories.
