Emergency Power System Installation

The City of Warner Robins is seeking a qualified contractor to design, furnish, install, test, and commission a standby emergency power generator system and automatic transfer switch (ATS) for the Haven Hope House, a 7,000 square foot shelter for the homeless. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the project. The contractor must have relevant experience and provide a technical proposal, project plan, warranty and service information, and required documents. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities and technicalities. • The facility requires a diesel or natural gas generator with a sound-attenuated enclosure and weatherproof outdoor-rated enclosure. • The generator manufacturer must be a nationally recognized brand with at least 10 years of commercial/government installations. • The contractor must provide a technical proposal, project plan, warranty and service information, and required documents. • The City will determine the system type in consultation with the awarded vendor. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
