Annual Steel Purchase FY27 10/1/2026 - 9/30/2027

Alachua County is requesting pricing for annual steel purchases on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a period of one year, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. Vendors must provide pricing for various steel products, including flat rolled steel, expanded metal, channels, angles, plates, and more. The county reserves the right to add, delete, or change items during the term of the agreement. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the best value to the county. • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, specifications, procedures, protocols, and industry best practices. • The county reserves the right to reject any quote that is considered irregular or incomplete. • Vendors must provide a certificate of insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability coverage. • The county will not be bound by specific quantities, and vendors must be able to provide the required quantities as needed.
