This solicitation establishes a statewide contract for the purchase and delivery of high‑performance, non‑alternative‑fuel vehicles (minimum 475 hp, V8) to Alabama state agencies and eligible local governments. Vendors must maintain an Alabama‑based dealership, sell optional equipment at or below dealer invoice cost, and accept electronic funds transfers. The contract is initially for 12 months with up to four optional 12‑month extensions, and includes a mandatory 1 % administrative fee on base‑vehicle sales. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline, and attendance at the mandatory pre‑bid conference is required.
• Supplier must be an Alabama‑registered dealer and submit E‑Verify and vendor disclosure documents.
• Vehicles must be delivered with full documentation (title, keys, fuel, warranty) and free of dealer logos; delivery is free up to 20 mi, thereafter $2.00 / mile.
• Administrative fee of 1 % is reported quarterly; no separate line‑item charges for standard items are permitted.
• Contract may be extended up to five years total, provided written notice ≥ 30 days before each period ends.
