Boiler Phase 3

The Anchor Bay School District is seeking sealed bid proposals for the replacement of boilers and associated hot water pumps at nominated schools. The proposal should include the provision and installation of boilers and hot water pumps. The district reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in the RFP process, reject any or all proposals, and award program components by component, group of components, or total program. • The proposal should be presented in accordance with the RFP specifications. • Bidders shall provide bid security in an amount of not less than 2.5% of the proposed contract amount. • A sworn and notarized statement is required, disclosing any familial relationship with the Superintendent or Board of Education members and confirming the bidder is not an Iran-linked business.
