The University of Toledo is seeking a qualified contractor to replace and modernize multiple elevators at the University Medical Center and Carlson Library. The work includes full demolition of existing elevator equipment, installation of new MAD‑brand traction and hydraulic elevators, associated fire‑stop sealing, electrical upgrades, waterproofing, and interior finishes.
