Description
The Office of State Procurement is soliciting bids for janitorial services for the Louisiana Workforce Commission. The contract will be for an initial 1-year period, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The services will include providing janitorial staff, equipment, and supplies to maintain the cleanliness of the commission's facilities.
• The contract will require the contractor to provide a full-time supervisor and 10 janitors.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxes, and accessibility.
• The contractor must also comply with the provisions of the Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act, the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act.
