Skip Tracing/Process Serving Request for Information

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is conducting market research for Skip Tracing and Process Serving services. The vendor will be required to verify alien address information, investigate alternative alien address information, confirm the new location of fugitive aliens, and deliver materials/documents to undocumented aliens as appropriate. The services will include skip-tracing, process serving, and data verification. The vendor will be given a caseload of approximately 10,000 aliens with information residing in an area of the United States. Key requirements include: • Verifying alien address information using government-furnished case data and commercial data verification • Investigating alternative alien address information and confirming the new location of fugitive aliens • Delivering materials/documents to undocumented aliens as appropriate • Providing a collection of photos and documents verifying the alien's residence and/or place of employment • Maintaining high standards of conduct and professionalism in the provision of services
