Actuarial Valuation Services for Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB)

The City of Santa Ana is seeking a qualified actuarial firm to prepare a full GASB 75‑compliant actuarial valuation of its Other Post‑Employment Benefits (retiree health) and to produce the accompanying ACFR note and related supporting schedules. The work will be performed remotely with minimal on‑site interaction, and the vendor must deliver the final valuation report by mid‑August of the contract year.
