Combined Presolicitation Notice/Sources Sought

The 30th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the procurement and installation of a new telescopic bleacher system for the Youth Center Gymnasium at Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB). The objective is a turn-key solution that includes the professional delivery and installation of the new bleacher system. The government is seeking a complete bleacher system that meets the minimum requirements, including a telescopic, manually or electronically operated system, with specific dimensions and features. • The system must be 4 rows high by approximately 57 feet 3 inches wide. • The row dimensions must be 9-5/8” rise per row and 24” row spacing. • The decking must be clear, UV resistant finished decks. • The seating must be Courtside XC10” polymer seats or an equivalent model. • The system must have two aisles featuring intermediate steps, aisle rails, and hinged front aisle steps. • The system must have self-storing end guard rails. • The installation must be performed during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 0700-1700). • The installation should take no longer than 5 days to complete once all equipment has been delivered on-site.
