Authorized Kubota Equipment Service, Repair, Maintenance, and OEM Parts

The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vendor to provide authorized service, repair, and OEM parts for Kubota equipment on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor will be required to perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, repairs, and parts supply in accordance with manufacturer standards. The contract is scheduled to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The vendor must be an authorized Kubota service provider and an authorized distributor of OEM Kubota parts. Some key responsibilities include: • Providing manufacturer-authorized diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and parts supply services for Kubota equipment • Ensuring all work is performed by trained technicians experienced in Kubota equipment • Providing access to necessary tools, equipment, and trained personnel • Maintaining readily available inventory necessary to meet routine delivery requirements • Responding to service requests within 24 to 72 hours and scheduling service accordingly • Providing factory warranties on all materials furnished against defects in materials and/or workmanship.
