This multi‑year contract calls for an on‑demand contractor to demolish existing synthetic‑turf fields, prepare the sub‑grade, install new dual‑fiber synthetic turf systems, provide infill, install goal‑post systems, apply field markings, and deliver extensive close‑out documentation and long‑term warranties. The work is performed for Gwinnett County Parks & Recreation on a “as‑needed” basis over a three‑year period, with a minimum of two field replacements each year. The contractor must hold ASBA Certified Field Builder status, demonstrate recent public‑agency turf experience, post a 5 % bid bond, and provide $1.5 M performance and payment bonds along with extensive insurance coverage.
• Demolition, removal, recycling, and site preparation (laser grading, drainage, stone base) for at least two 100k‑sf fields per year.
