Description
The Internal Services Department of Los Angeles County is seeking bids for a Pluralsight subscription renewal. The subscription should include access to the full library of courses, hands-on experiences, and advanced analytics. The contract is for a period of 12 months, from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026. The bid should be submitted electronically through the Vendor Self Service portal. The bidder must provide a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments, and Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms.
• The bidder must register in the County's WebVen system and provide a complete business profile.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance, including professional liability and technology errors & omissions insurance.
• The bidder must agree to indemnify and hold harmless the County, its Special Districts, elected and appointed officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, including but not limited to demands, claims, actions, fees, costs, and expenses.
