Clark Center Offices HVAC Replacement

SUNY Old Westbury is soliciting bids to provide replacement to existing defunct ducted HVAC systems in office areas of the Clark Athletics Center building. ***Mandatory Site Walk: Thursday 03/19/2026 at 11:00 am at the Clark Athletic Center 1st Floor Lobby. The following scope of work is based off of mandatory site walk observation by the bidder. 1.01 SUMMARY The work under this contract includes the complete replacement of the HVAC equipment serving the second-floor office suite of the Clark Center. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing, and services required to remove existing HVAC components and install new units, controls, fire/smoke safety interlocks, and ancillary systems to provide a fully functional, energy-efficient, code-compliant heating and cooling system. 1.02 SCOPE OF WORK NOTE: All bidders must submit their costs in the provided BID BREAKDOWN format or risk disqualification.
