Description
Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is seeking qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering services for various projects. The selected firms will be added to TCCD's indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) pools of professional services consultants. The IDIQ pools will be used to update the architecture and interior design, acoustical engineering, building envelope consulting, civil engineering, and other services.
• The RFQ qualification submission deadline is Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time.
• A virtual initial public conference is scheduled for Tuesday, June 02, 2026, at 1:00 PM local time.
• Contracts may be awarded to one or more firms for an initial two (2) year term, with the possibility of extension for up to three (3) consecutive additional twelve (12) month periods.
• The cost will be based upon the rates included in the executed IDIQ contract.
