Amendment 1: Q&A for Canadian Laundry Services at Fort Riley, Kansas

The U.S. Army Materiel Command is seeking a contractor to provide pick-up/drop-off laundry services three times a week for 371 members of the Department of National Defense (DND) of Canada temporarily stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas. The contractor must provide laundry services with a turnaround time of up to 48 hours and ensure that the washed items are maintained and returned with their original appearance. The contractor will be responsible for establishing a lost-and-found procedure at the pick-up/drop-off point for any lost items belonging to the customers when discovered. • The contractor must provide laundry services for a period of one month, from 01-31MAR26. • The contractor must pick up and deliver laundry three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. • The contractor must ensure that all items are returned completely dry and free of any moisture. • The contractor must minimize fading, wrinkling, and shrinking of the items. • The contractor must remove spots and stains where practical to do so without damaging the fabric. • The contractor must establish a lost-and-found procedure at the pick-up/drop-off point.
