$500,000 – $1,000,000

Although the solicitation does not disclose a budget, similar marine‑structure repair projects involving demolition, steel‑pile installation, and float equipment typically range from $500,000 to $1,000,000 depending on material costs, mobilization, and subcontractor rates. The estimate assumes market rates for steel pipe piles, heavy equipment rentals, and specialized marine labor in the New England region.
