The State of West Virginia’s Fusion Center is seeking a sole‑source vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance and support for its Hiperwall video‑wall system over a three‑year period. The scope includes annual maintenance agreements for the Hiperwall Core Control, HiperView HD, HiperSource, and HiperOperator components, plus standard labor services. The contract is structured as a one‑year base term with up to three successive one‑year renewals, totaling a maximum of three years of service. The vendor must supply parts, software updates, troubleshooting, and on‑site support as needed to ensure continuous operation of the Fusion Center’s large‑format display environment.
