Purchase of ePollBook Printers

Tarrant County is seeking to purchase 300 Bluetooth printers to support the Elections Department’s ePollBook operations. The county requires bidders to provide warranty information and technical specifications for the product being quoted. The total quoted cost must be fully inclusive, encompassing all charges related to shipping, delivery, installation, and any other costs to be incurred by Tarrant County. • The bid must include the price for 300 printers from either Star Micronics or Bixolon. • The bid must include any additional costs for expedited shipping. • The bidder must agree to a 90-day period for acceptance of the bid. • The bidder must assign all claims for overcharges associated with this contract to Tarrant County.
