Annual Contract for Colocation Data Center Services

Tarrant County is seeking a colocation data center service to support its hybrid IT strategy. The selected facility must be carrier-neutral, have established Tier-1 providers, and offer Megaport-enabled access for low-latency connectivity to Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The facility must also have redundant power, cooling, and network systems, and provide 24x7x365 secure access for authorized County personnel. The contract term is five years, with optional five one-year renewals. The scope of work includes the procurement, implementation, and ongoing support of the colocation solution, including relocating existing County equipment and establishing required infrastructure.
