Description
The US Forest Service, Gila National Forest is seeking a quotation for the rental of a 100'x100' tent to house fire supplies and support Incident Management Teams. The tent must have a clear-span design, be able to withstand strong winds, and have translucent or clear roof panels to admit natural light. The rental period is from May 15, 2026, to August 31, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, assembling, and disassembling the tent.
• The tent must be 100'x100' with a maximum height of 12 ft on the sides.
• The tent must have panels on all four sides with openings as directed.
• The tent must be grounded and secured in its place.
• The contractor must provide pricing for all items in the Schedule of Supplies/Services.
• The government intends to make one award from this solicitation.
