Sludge Dewatering Filter Belt Press Replacement Rollers & Bearings @ WPC

The City of Flint is seeking bids to replace the rollers and bearings on a sludge dewatering filter belt press located at its Waste Processing Center (WPC). This work involves removing the existing worn components, providing new rollers and bearings that meet manufacturer specifications, and reinstalling the equipment to restore full operational capacity for sludge treatment. The contract is limited to the supply of parts and labor for the installation; any ancillary work outside the scope of the replacement will not be covered. • Provide all required rollers and bearings (material, size, and finish as per specifications) • Remove, dispose, and replace the existing components on the belt press • Perform testing and calibration to ensure proper function after installation • Comply with all City of Flint safety, environmental, and procurement policies
