Covered California is seeking to establish a pre‑approved pool of qualified project‑management firms and/or individual consultants to support a variety of initiatives over a three‑year term. The pool will supply expertise in Agile delivery, Scrum Master services, and general project management, providing depth and breadth of capacity to complement existing staff. Vendors will be engaged on an as‑needed basis for specific task orders, with an estimated total spend of $3 million across the contract period.
