Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to perform sewer improvement work at the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center in Zuni, New Mexico. The project involves constructing new sanitary sewer lines, reconnecting service laterals, and tying into the existing system. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the work. The project is expected to take 90 calendar days to complete, and the contractor must begin work within 10 calendar days of receiving the notice to proceed.
• The contractor must provide a 1-year warranty on all parts and labor.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• The contractor must provide a traffic plan and coordinate with the owner to minimize conflicts and facilitate owner and patient usage.
• The contractor must remove all waste materials and rubbish from the project site upon completion of the work.
