Description
The State of Colorado Department of Public Safety is requesting bids from HVAC contractors for the complete HVAC installation located on Camp George West at the State Patrol Academy. The scope of services includes full HVAC construction contracting services for the project, and the contractor is responsible for the selection and management of subcontractors as required. The estimated project cost is $350,000.00, and the project is expected to start on 6/2/2026 and finish on 6/2/2026. The contractor must meet minimum requirements, including having been in the same business for at least two years, having demonstrated specific contracting experience in projects of similar scope and complexity, and having demonstrated bonding capability up to $350,000.00.
• The project requires the contractor to verify all measurements and materials to ensure accuracy of submitted bid.
• The contractor is responsible for the security of all materials and equipment left at site.
• All products used for the specified project require submittal and CDPS approval before proceeding with order and/or installation.
• The contractor must attend and sign in at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference.
• The contractor must provide evidence of meeting the minimum requirements to be considered for this project.
