Janitorial Services and Products 2025

Miami University is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial products and services to maintain inventory in janitorial closets across campus. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering and stocking products, labeling closets, and establishing min/max inventory levels. The university prefers eco-friendly products and services that align with its sustainability goals. The contract term is expected to be four years, with the option to renew for up to three additional 12-month extensions. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all necessary labor, trucks, and materials to deliver and stock janitorial supplies • Labeling and establishing min/max inventory levels for custodial closets • Using historical data to reduce consumption and optimize costs • Providing monthly reports and quarterly training sessions • Supporting the university's sustainability goals and reducing environmental impact
