Description
The State of North Dakota’s Information Technology Department is seeking a qualified vendor to perform secure media destruction services for hard drives, CDs/DVDs, and USB flash drives. The contractor must collect serial numbers, physically destroy or sanitize media, verify destruction (testing every third item), provide witness verification, recycle where possible, and deliver detailed reports and certificates of destruction for each item. All work must be performed within the Bismarck/Mandan metro area, with delivery required within seven days of purchase order receipt. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, low‑price award, with potential renewals up to three additional 12‑month terms and one 12‑month extension.
