Description
The Department of Revenue intends to award a sole source contract to provide a secure web-based platform for auditing Advance Deposit Wagering (ADW) data and tracking source market fee collections. The platform should be able to track and report data from ADW operations, including pari-mutuel data, and provide queries and reports in a web-based format. The vendor should be familiar with standard totalizator protocol, pari-mutuel wagering pools, and the collection, storage, and processing of ADW information and data.
Some key features of the platform include:
• Providing pari-mutuel data for Colorado-authorized ADW operations
• Offering queries and reports in a web-based format
• Allowing for data export and manipulation in MS Excel or MS Access
• Providing weekly and monthly reports electronically
• Offering customized reports as per the Department's specifications
• Including basic installation/setup and training in the subscription cost
• Providing as-needed services to audit and reconcile data
