Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma is seeking proposals from qualified Law Firms to provide Legal Services related to real estate transactions. The successful offeror will be required to enter into a contract with the Housing Authority to provide said services for a one-year engagement with the option to renew annually for two additional years. The scope of work includes legal services related to real estate transactions, such as file review, title search, deed preparation, probate, and title opinion.

The evaluation factors include the ability to perform the work, previous participation in cases related to real estate transactions, credentials and insurance, previous participation with Indian Housing Authorities or Indian Tribes, cost per hour, and Indian Preference.
