Request for Qualification - Pharmacy Benefits Program Pharmacy Network

This RFQ seeks qualified entities to join the Pharmacy Benefits Program (PBP) network, enabling the Department of Health to provide prescription drug coverage to its beneficiaries. The solicitation aims to identify pharmacies that meet specified quality, performance, and compliance standards and can integrate with the state’s benefit management platform. Successful qualifiers will be entered into a pool from which contracts may be awarded for dispensing services, formulary management, and patient counseling. • Establish a network of pharmacies capable of delivering prescription drugs under the PBP. • Demonstrate compliance with federal and district regulations, including HIPAA and pharmacy licensing. • Provide evidence of operational capacity, pricing structures, and technology integration for claims processing. • Outline quality assurance processes and performance metrics for patient outcomes. • Offer a plan for participating in formulary management and benefit optimization.
