This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide quarterly preventive‑maintenance services for two automatic gates and four roll‑up doors at the CHP Hayward Area office. The contractor must perform lubrication, mechanical adjustments, electrical inspections, supply consumables, and report any deficiencies, all while complying with CSLB C‑61/D‑28 licensing, insurance, and safety requirements. The work is performed on‑site during normal business hours, with each service call scheduled at least one week in advance.
