Taxiway A, B, and C Rehabilitation and Runway 7-25 Redesignation Project

The City of Santa Barbara is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide full‑service design, engineering, and construction‑administration for the rehabilitation of three airport taxiways (A, B, and C) and the magnetic‑declination‑driven redesignation of Runway 7‑25 to Runway 8‑26 at Santa Barbara Municipal Airport. The effort includes pavement condition assessments, possible geotechnical investigations, storm‑drain improvements on Taxiway A, preparation of construction‑document sets, permitting, and ongoing construction‑admin support through to final close‑out. Funding is expected to come from a pending FAA Airport Improvement Program grant, so all federal AIP provisions must be incorporated.
